100 Seconds 11/11/20

I have found revitalization and serenity in the outdoors, despite the tempest that rages around us. We are a society with Advanced Nature Deficit Disorder. Mental health experts agree that gardening, grow your own, and being in nature will cause our blood pressure to fall, our minds to lift. I think of gardening as a form of love, love of beauty, nourishment, and wonder. We are all transient residents, wrecking so much harm not only on each other, but to this awe-inspiring planet, which circles around one of the countless stars. So, give yourself some green medicine.
